Via it’s American Express Connect offers, American Express UK is currently offering a tempting deal. If you’ve got an Amex card and have booked to see a show at the O2 in London, you can register here for free access for you and three companions to the American Express Invites Lounge.

To benefit, you need to book a minimum of 14 days before your event, and the offer is understandably subject to capacity.

All guests will need event tickets (not a big issue: it would hardly be worth traipsing all the way to the O2 to visit this lounge if you weren’t there for a show), and the booking party must take their Amex card.

In its own words, the American Express Invites Lounge offers you “a taste of life behind the scenes from crew-catering style dining to “green room” areas“.

As with any good lounge you will certainly find a wide selection of food and drinks at the American Express O2 lounge, although unfortunately they need to be paid for. However, if you’re at the O2 for a show, this is as good a place as any to base yourself while you wait for your show to begin.
