A new updated/refreshed thread for the new Amex Gold credit card. Sign up with this link to receive 22,000 (2000 more than usual)!

Amex has changed their Gold Card from a charge card to a credit card - not much else has changed and all the benefits stay the same, including it being FREE for the first year!

    Hi Everyone,

Please find below my referral link for the Amex Gold credit card.

For the Amex Gold card you will receive 22,000 MR points (instead of the usual 20,000) when you meet your target spend. The card is free for the first year, though note that there's an annual fee thereafter.

Whether this credit card is suitable for you is something you will need to decide for yourself.

If you do decide to apply, I would be delighted if you wanted to use my referral link below. Click on the link below, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select the Gold card:

    Hi everyone!

If you're interested in a British Airways Amex card instead (standard or premium), I'd be delighted for you to use my referral link:

    http://amex.co.uk/refer/meerappvcz ;)

My personal favourite is the British Airways Premium Plus card, with a massive 26,000 sign up bonus points and a companion voucher when you hit a 10K spend within the membership year. There is a membership fee, but it gets refunded pro rata once you downgrade to the free BA card (I always downgrade once I hit 10K). I've just earnt my 3rd companion voucher!

    Good luck!
    Meera

    Hi all!

Thanks to everyone who has used my referral link so far! If you're looking to apply for an AMEX Platinum card, I've still got 7 referrals remaining on this link:

    http://amex.co.uk/refer/raymod26os?CPID=100200078

My link gets you an extra 5,000 membership rewards points (35,000 points when you spend £2000 within the first three months of membership).

The card has a £450 annual fee, but I cancel as soon as I hit the target spend and receive a pro-rata refund for the fee (I usually spend no more than £75 in fees before cancelling). You will maintain the benefits of hotel status for a whole year, even if you cancel.

    Other benefits include:
    • Free lounge access with Priority Pass (for you, your supplementary card holder, and one guest each)
    • Travel insurance (not the most comprehensive, but a nice perk all the same)
    • Eurostar lounge access (this also works even after cancelling. The Eurostar Paris lounge is a real treat, well worth a visit!)

NB for bonus points on any AMEX card, just select 'View our other Cards' to choose from the list.

    Happy collecting :)
    Meera

    Hello,

There are so many referrals here already, but good chance these are already signed up to the max... :)

I would be very happy if at least 1 person signs up via my link too. :) This link is for BA Platinum Card of 26000 sign up bonus via refer link & if you hit £3000 in 3 months/10K in a year for companion voucher - however if you prefer any other Amex card - especially good for the beginners is the Gold Card which gives valuable MR points and it is free for the first year - please just choose 'view our other cards' and sign up for any Amex of your choice.

My link is attached as a file as am new here and they don't allow to share a link or e-mail until I have at least 10 posts.

Thank you all very much! Have a lovely day!:p

If anyone is looking for a Starwood Preferred Guest referral I would appreciate if you consider using the one below.

Through this link you will get 33,000 SPG points instead of the usual 30,000 points when you spend £1,000 within the first 3 months of card membership.
