We previously gave a little bit of insight into the class action lawsuit brought against British Airways, as a result of BA’s leak of a large amount of personal data.

We can reveal, hot off the press, that the case will not be proceeding to trial, as BA have agreed to settle the matter. The class action lawyers have PGMBM have confirmed this, although as part of the settlement there has been no admission of liability by British Airways Plc.
