Ian recently wrote about the holiday activity booking platform ‘Klook’ and I had a look myself today to see if there was anything interesting for an upcoming trip to Paris. One thing that caught my eye was that Klook is currently offering a 10% discount on theme park tickets worldwide:

With Disneyland just ~30 minutes away from my hotel, I thought I would check out whether Klook’s deals actually stack up.

Note that the 10% discount code (UKBOXING10) only applies when spending £500+ in total, whereas the 5% discount code (UKBOXING5) can be used regardless of how much you spend. It is also worth mentioning that although the promotion page highlights theme parks, the discount codes actually seem to work when booking any activity or service via Klook 😉 .

Discount Disneyland

Booking direct with Disney, a 1-day adult ticket for Disneyland Paris ranges in price from £49.25 to £76.52, depending on the date:

With Klook, the same tickets can be bought from £45.29 up to £70.35, so there’s a nice little saving there even before you apply a discount code.

You can save money on multi-day passes too. For example, a 4-day pass booked direct with Disney costs £219:

Right now, Klook is charging £201.05 for the same ticket (before the additional discount!):

If 3 adults booked a 4-day pass via Klook, they could apply the 10% discount code and would therefore pay just £181 each.

That would be a saving of almost £40 per person, compared to booking direct!

Bottom line

On the face of it at least, Klook does appear to offer some very good prices, as well as the convenience of being able to book activities in lots of different cities from a single app.

If you do find a cheaper price elsewhere for the (exact) same activity, Klook has a Price Guarantee, which offers to refund double the difference.
