Flying Blue – the loyalty programme of Air France – KLM – runs a popular promotion each month that offers reward flights to a select number of destinations at a substantial discount.

The latest list has been released, with these flights bookable from 1-31 August, 2017. In general, you can travel between 1 October – 30 November, 2017, although not all destinations are available for the entirety of that period.

As usual, you should be very wary of booking rewards in Economy class, as Flying Blue’s taxes and surcharges might not be much lower than the actual paid fare, especially for the off-peak autumn dates this promo covers…

The most attractive part of Flying Blue for me is that it accepts transfers from the UK version of American Express Membership Rewards. Business Class to Johannesburg in November is also rather appealing…
