Not surprising, since they have been back on Quidco for awhile.

And, to be honest, now that there is no Tesco Clubcard payout option from Topcashback, I don't really have a firm preference either way... I mostly just react to juicy bonus offers from the cashback operators.

Yes, always good to see more options though - TopCashback are a bit more 'switched on' and innovative in my experience, so hopefully we might see some higher 'exclusive' rates etc.

I find Topcashback this year is constantly beating the cashback rate of Quidco.
Can't argue with that, get more money back, so I'm using them more and more.

I have made couple of bookings with IHG now, all seem to have tracked ok.

Do you still get status recognition if you book via TCB?

Booking via TCB is exactly the same as going directly to an ihg website. (except you earn cashback!) :)

Great, and 8% is a decent return. Although the 12-14% offered by Expedia is exceedingly tempting...

Are IHG on any other portals, such as BA Gate 365?

Keep an eye out on topcashback for IHG - I saw the rates had been doubled at the weekend for a day but there was only ~30 minutes left by the time I saw it.

8% on tcb.co.uk but 9% (for three days) on tcb.com.

Whatever happened to Hilton? Was tempted to book a one-nighter, then couldn't find cashback for it.

I think they must be running some experiments to work out if cashback "works" for them or not. They were off all the sites for a while, then they were on quite a few but with different levels for different Hilton Honors statuses, and different rates between sites....

I believe they're still on most of the airline shopping portals, so you should be able to get some Avios / AA Miles / Virgin Flying Club miles, even if no cash right now

Or try some US sites - Mr Rebates (pays via paypal) still have Hilton at 2%, though I've had mixed experiences with their tracking - http://mrrebates.com/merchants/7550.asp

Yes, they show up briefly on TCB UK then vanish. Then there's the odd business of Hilton members getting lower cashback rates.

I booked all my Hilton stays through the Avios E-Store for eight avios a pound. They're not on BA's Gate 365.

Yeah, definitely some sort of experimentation by Hilton. 8 Avios per £ isn't bad though.

Please can you let me know after how long the cash back is credited to my account following my hotel stay?

It can ( and usually does) take upto 3 months after your stay.
