If you are one of the handful of people who consider these promotions as an ideal way to buy airline miles relatively cheaply, without ever visiting the hotel… I managed to find this hotel in Bali for the night of 22 October…

Frustratingly, not every airline mile can be chosen if you want the 5,000 mile bonus… at least at this hotel. However I did manage to select American Airlines and Alaska Airlines (which are the two mileage currencies I’d be tempted to buy at this price).
