I’ve recently written about the genuine improvements to Heathrow Rewards, the loyalty scheme of London Heathrow Airport.

Heathrow Rewards has now brought back an excellent promotion: until 30 July, you will receive a 100% bonus on converting your Heathrow Rewards points into Heathrow shopping vouchers. You will still need to convert in multiples of 250 points, but you will now receive £5 to spend at Heathrow (instead of the usual £2.50).

Good deal?

This is arguably very decent. We have seen a number of bonuses for transferring Heathrow Rewards points into various airline schemes in the past, but we haven’t seen a 100% bonus on those in a while. So if you have some shopping to do at Heathrow, you could do very well with this promotion. Just bear in mind that you need to pre-order these vouchers online (instant rewards will not get you the 100% bonus). The vouchers are valid for one year.

Terms and conditions:

Promotional period is 24-30 July 2018 inclusive. During promotional period 250 Heathrow Rewards points, instead of 500 points, can be redeemed for one £5 Heathrow Rewards voucher. Offer only applicable to vouchers ordered online at heathrow.com/rewards, and delivered to a member’s registered address in the mail.
