I hear the collective sigh of relief as the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend draws to a close.
Before it finishes, however, there’s one great offer worth a final flag, as it lets you use your Amex (should you wish) to buy incredibly flexible gift card credit at a huge discount.
A bit about Zeek
We’ve covered Zeek in detail before, but in short you can use them to buy discounted gift cards at a number of leading online retailers (including Amazon, House of Fraser, Debenhams, Argos and M&S).
Crucially, you can pay with Amex via Paypal, so it’s a great way to rack up spend on your card if you need to hit a spend target (e.g. the Amex Gold 20k point bonus, which requires a £2k initial spend).
What’s the Zeek Deal? Free Zeek credit!
The key point is this – spend with Zeek tonight, and you’ll get a massive 10% rebate on your spend as free Zeek credit, whether £5 back from a £50 spend, £10 back from a £100 spend or £20 back from a £200 spend.
I have loaded up on £200 Amazon credit. It’s given me an additional £20 free Zeek credit, a £200 spend on my Amex Gold to get me towards my latest spend target, and a hugely flexible gift voucher. I will certainly be spending £200+ at Amazon in the next few months, and what better way to do it than with an additional £20 credit.
You can also occasionally (including at the time of writing) get a 1% discount on Amazon credit, this is a great way to get some flexible spend credit at a superb price.
The above said, the spend to receive the free Zeek credit does not have to be with Amazon (and note that it can’t be with Amazon cards at 0% discount, as non-discounted cards do not count towards the eligible spend here) – it can be with any of the discounted retailers that you can buy gift cards for on the site.
Ok, that really is me done with Black Friday/Cyber Monday for this year. Roll on Christmas…

thanks for mention but no amazon on their site.

See below – there is for me!

“I have loaded up on £200 Amazon credit.”
Zeek don’t stock Amazon cards?
Nick Burch says
I decided that the offer looked interesting enough to give Zeek a try. However, the experience has been pretty terrible! Initial payment didn’t go through (Curve), used another card but they then decided to refund the purchase and told me to try again. Second payment went though, but had to email them to get the voucher verified so I could get the code unlocked in my wallet. Finally got the voucher details, tried to redeem, and discovered that the code had already been used! Have had to email them again to ask them to give me a voucher that hasn’t already been redeemed…
Oh, and one other thing to make clear with this offer – a £50 voucher won’t do it if there’s a discount, it needs to be £50 / £100 / £200 after discounts to qualify.

The key question is – were Amazon cards available to you??
I had problems with both Paypal and Visa when buying on Zeek. As I’ve said in a previous comment, I think one of the issues is the huge risk of fraudulent transactions via Zeek has made the payment processors very nervous of it.
Nick Burch says
I think the already-redeemed issue has now been sorted
I tried searching for Amazon, but nothing showed up, though the site seems to be struggling today. I guessed at the Amazon URL as https://www.zeek.me/gb/buy-gift-vouchers/amazon/ , which does say “Amazon.co.uk Gift Card” but then sadly also “Sorry… Looks like this brand is all sold out.”
Richard G says
There’s something really strange about the fact that bloggers seem to be able to see Amazon cards… and the rest of us can’t. lol
Miles Hunt says
Haha yes I simply have no idea what is going on there. I have visited just now and, once again, they are available to me!
I have now used Zeek as both a buyer and a seller – I’m not sure if my “reward” for doing so is access to Amazon gift cards..?
Craig Sowerby says
LOL. I don’t believe I have ever blogged about Zeek, but I can see Amazon every time whenever I click though from a cashback website.
Buying £10 for £6.50 (thanks to Quidco bonuses) is a great deal.
Unfortunately you can’t sell Amazon credit back to Zeek…
Richard G says
I’ve been checking every hour or so as a test. I’ve not once seen an Amazon voucher available.
Craig Sowerby says
I’m finding this to be hilarious, but I think I’ve found a potential answer or work-around.
When I access Zeek from home in Spain, I see Amazon. When I VPN my computer’s IP back to the UK, I don’t see Amazon any more.
Richard G says
Well well well… I just changed my VPN (NordVPN) to Spain and there they are, a full page full.
Damnit. Could have saved myself some money there! Good job on the investigative work. 😀
Miles Hunt says
10% rebate offer is now back, until midnight tonight.
Use that VPN to get it to work with Amazon!
Relaxo says
I went through TCB a week ago and could not see any sign of Amazon. Is it possible that the amazon cards just get snapped up really quick? So they only show when/if available? So strange though….
Richard G says
So using NordVPN to set my country as Spain I was able to buy zeek credit via topcashback and then spend that credit on an Amazon voucher.
Zero discount in total (50p discount for zeek credit, 50p charge for using credit). Will see if I get any cashback though.
Miles Hunt says
BONUS5 should get you £5 off a £60+ spend (multiple use, not sure for how long).
2PAYP3 should get you £3 off any spend, valid only for ONE USE (so be quick, if someone else uses it, you can’t) and this expires on 30 November.
Richard G says
Thanks. Just tried Bonus5 on Amazon. It went through, but once again it’s having to be validated (that’s every single purchase so far).
Richard G says
“It looks like there was a problem processing your payment, which, is why you are getting the contact support message.
We’ve gone ahead and refunded your transaction.
Please try to make your purchase again using either Visa or Mastercard instead of PayPal.”
Clown show.
Miles Hunt says
🙂 It does seem their ability to process payments is somewhat lacking.
