Apparently Virgin America and Virgin Atlantic will become separate from Nov 13th. I presume this means that you won't be able to book Virgin Atlantic flights using Elevate miles anymore.
Virgin America have now updated their 'Redeem Points' page to remove all Virgin Atlantic flights. That includes all their flights out of Manchester and the very tempting option of Upper Class from Hong Kong to London which only cost 35k miles. Shame!
