Hi, I was just trying to cancel my Avois booking. However, instead of the normal procedure, I am redirected to apply for a travel voucher. How does a travel voucher work for Avios booking? Or will I get the Avios back and the voucher for the amount of taxes I paid?
Same here, flight cancelled only option on web site is to accept voucher or phone up. I want my points back, they were hard earned, but of course you can never get through on the phone. What a con !!!
If you opt for future travel voucher then the voucher will include Avios and the amount of taxes paid.
