    HI there,

does anyone know how I can book flights with one of the Oneworld partner airlines using my AVIOS if the flights do not seem to come up on the BA website?
Can I call up BA and tell them the flights I want and book them over the phone?
    Cheers

    Anne

Yep, assuming there is award space and that BA can see it.

I've done this lots of times for Aer Lingus / LAN and a few others that don't come up properly online. FInding out if there is any award space can be difficult (try using the qantas site if it's a oneworld airline, but that is far from perfect too!).

Some agents aren't very good and can't find award space even when it actually exists, so if you get a no it's worth trying a couple more times just in case - if you really need the flights.

Also, you should be able to get them to waive the phone booking fee if it's not possible to book online.

Phoning BA is probably my least favourite thing about Points/Miles, so good luck!

I believe that this is now the case with S7 bookings with Avios as well.
