I will be transferring some Accor points to my new IB Plus card on a 1:1 basis (only 6000) so as not to lose them. I think I am able to eventually transfer them to my BAEC - is this free of charge or does the fee of £30 apply.

Thanks for the prompt reply Darren - already have the credit cards (sorry ) This all came about due to QR changing their frequent flyer scheme without notice a while ago.
Yep, transferring from IB+ to BAEC is free and relatively straightforward (subject to a couple of conditions) - just let us know on here if you have any issues with it.
Does the Accor promotion work where you get 7.5 Avios per Euro if you automatically set the Accor profile to convert into Avios?
It is free of charge, but sometimes there are technical problems. In that case you need to transfer via AerClub.
