This is the classic VS question. Has anyone actually managed to do one using their VS miles? (And Delta does not count)
It's an excellent question, and judging from the...somewhat muted response so far, perhaps not! There are a couple of routes that interest me though so I might give it a shot at some point. Similarly, partner bookings with Etihad. Any tips or success/failure stories for either are greatly appreciated.
I've only ever used my virgin miles for transferring to Hilton. Having said that, 90% of my Virgin Miles were earned by staying at Hilton.
Have been trying to obtain confirmation of whether the NZ redemption table is comprehensive.
