    Hi all

    I've had the following request. Please complete if you have the time...

    My name is Julius and I am an industrial designer who is currently working on a project for a large airline. I am curious to see what you all think of airline ancillaries and the handling and management of disruptions. The questionnaire takes approximately 10 -15 minutes to complete and would help me a great deal with my research. Thank you for your participation!
