I've written about my own experience for the site (https://insideflyer.co.uk/2016/02/8104/ - second part due to be published tomorrow I think), but it's one of those things where I think different techniques and ideas really do help some people more than others, so it would be great to hear some other thoughts/experiences. I can still remember very clearly how overwhelming the phobia can be, and how debilitating it can be if you want or need to travel, so if you have any tips or thoughts that have worked for you or that you think might help others, please share!
