Reading FT & personal experience it appears lots of people are getting error messages when attempting to start surveys in the last couple of days. Just to check if everyone who uses ER on here are getting the same error message or is this just isolated cases?
Someone mentioned a clean up of duplicate accs the same which supposedly happened in Aug 16. I was not even aware a clean up happened last year and I've been running accs way before Aug. ER are IT glitchy from my experience, I've encountered accs with issues lasting 2-3 days to resolve itself recently, non crediting surveys at the end page, qualification sound / vids not working etc. I just hope this is a glitch as it's effected two of my most important accs for collecting miles.
Still no reply. If there's nothing by 8pm I will try contacting them by other avenues. I'm really annoyed. I'm only 15 points short of 6,500, dammit. Even a survey rejection would give me the 15 points I need!
Hopefully good news for everyone effected by the error messages. One of my effected accounts has just started allowing me again to complete surveys. Looks like it was just a tech glitch but didn't stop me getting a little anxious. Also someone on FT has reported the same and my three accounts effected are now all up and running again!
Interesting terms change on Hilton - No restrictions for a limited time. Fill yer boots if you have enough points!
If there was a way of liking this post ten times,I could. Thank you for letting me know. What a relief! Yes, my surveys are back up and running again!
States no restrictions, someone on FT has redeemed three times this month. I need another 4k and the 3 day glitch has not helped, I just hope it's stays this way as I only need 7k more HH & Rangalli is paid for.
Just done a 1200 point survey on E-Rewards. Watch a 38 minute episode of an Amazon series called 'Lore' and answer a few questions. Money for old rope! Keep an eye out for this one
It was a docudrama about a Massachusetts family who were convinced they could cure their family history of tuberculosis by cutting out the hearts of their late relatives... possibly inspiring Bram Stoker to write Dracula. Also that era was the source of the phrase 'Saved By The Bell' - living people mistakenly buried in coffins could pull a rope in their coffin which would ring a bell up top to signal they were still alive... allegedly!
Hmmm.. I just had something similar on the US version via VPN. Left it running in a Chrome browser and kept working on Firefox. The questions didn't seem designed to deny my points, even though I couldn't actually answer the questions correctly. Will have to VPN back to Blighty and try and get another batch of points...
I've had a few of these surveys recently also. Sneaky Pete & Goliath and another I can't remember for amazon. I think it's a targeted way of trying to get unsigned up people interested in the programmes and end goal for them is for you to sign up to amazon prime. Easy 1k plus points each time as I just leave the episode running whilst I do something else.
