So far all I've found is the John Lewis which is a Mastercard and gives 0.5% (1% at Waitrose and JL) but in Waitrose vouchers. Probably works out to 0.4% cash value.

Apart from that it's pretty slim pickings.

Barclaycard Rewards is a Visa but is only worth 0.25% :(

Amazon does 0.25% (with 0.75% at Amazon and £20 gift card).

Tesco does 0.12% (with 0.25% at Tesco).

Sainsbury Nectar gives 1% in Sainsbury and a £37.50 bonus but only 0.1% (in Nectar) at ordinary spending which is appalling).

    Same deal with M&S Bank.

JL has a 100,000/calendar year limit.

I'm lucky because I've got 3 separate old MBNA cards that are free and offer 0.5% cashback - all were formerly miles earning cards (AA etc), but got switched over when MBNA stopped the airline cards.
