When I know I want to fly with BA, and I know they've got a good flight+hotel deal going, I use their Holiday Finder to quickly check deals across a number of cities. On the whole, it works well. For flight-only searches, there's the ITA Matrix for those who are power users, otherwise Sky Scanner is great for doing a search to a range of destinations. Sometimes travel supermarket shows up good combinations that are cheaper than booking flight and hotel seperately
