4500 Bonus Avios for BA AMEX Premium Plus referral

Hi all,
New member here but I've been following this forum for a while now Apologies if I am posting in the wrong section. I received an email from AMEX offering 4500 avios points for my first BA Premium Plus referral. I haven't heard anyone else mention receiving this. Wanted to find out if it is targeted to select people or not. Cheers!

 

Targeted - I've heard of a few people getting it, but nothing myself. Decent little bonus.
