First of all, as we have said ad nauseum, Hilton Gold is a fantastic mid-tier status that is well worth making a bit of extra effort to get hold of. If you don’t fancy spending dozens of nights with Hilton to earn status though, you might be interested in a Hilton Gold fast track.
The standard Hilton Gold fast track
One option to get Gold the easy way is the “four stay” Gold fast track that we flag in this article.
This is well worth doing, and I’ve taken advantage of it in the past with ease. However, you may be able to do better…
If you already have status with another hotel loyalty programme, you might want to consider a status match instead.
The boosted Hilton Gold fast track option
In addition to the options above, Hilton has also been circulating a very interesting email to select Honors members, offering you Hilton Gold status until March 2019 if you stay just twice by 17 February.
So check your emails, because if you’re offered this, you should absolutely do what you can to take advantage of it.
Hilton Gold status offers an excellent range of benefits, including upgrades, 5th night free on award stays, free breakfast, bonus Hilton Honors Points, late check out and more.
It’s worth noting that award stays count towards the fast track, not just paid stays. So, for example, you could potentially qualify for Hilton Gold status with just two separate nights at the cheapest of Hamptons, many of which are redeemable for as little as 5K Honors points a night.
The cheapest UK-based Hamptons start at 10K points a night these days, but keep a lookout when travelling abroad!
