Radisson Rewards has become really easy to ignore, especially now that a substantial portion of its hotel footprint was hived off into Radisson Rewards Americas. Even though I should be a member of both programmes – if only for journalistic reasons – I can’t really be bothered (I suspect quite a few readers will agree).
That said, a Radisson Rewards hotel is often your best choice in certain European markets, especially if a bonus point promotion is running. And this promotion might fit the bill…
Between 15 October and 19 December, 2021, Radisson Rewards members (i.e. the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific version) can earn double points.

Unfortunately, only stays BOOKED after registration will qualify. So if you locked in some low rate Park Plaza stays earlier in the year, you won’t receive any bonus points. 🙁
What is double points worth?
Radisson Rewards members earn 20 points per US dollar spent pre-tax (yes, despite the Americas now having a separate programme, the USD rate is still used for calculating points). With Radisson points worth approximately 0.4 cents each, you can earn a healthy 8% rebate on your Radisson stays.
A double point promotion accordingly doubles this to 16%. Not bad… especially if you add cashback on top from the likes of TopCashback.
