I recently touched upon the return of the Qatar Airways Business Class deals, noting that historically the real value from Qatar has come via the long haul flights with a starting point just outside the UK.

Well the good news is these “repositioned bargains” have returned – just not with Qatar.

It’s actually Lufthansa who are currently offering some insanely good value long haul Business (and First) Class flights out of Amsterdam. Given the prices, it would be well worth taking a quick, cheap flight to AMS to take advantage of this. As ever, we also suggest you make the most of it by having a night or two in Amsterdam.

What’s available?

It’s a companion offer, so you do need book two tickets. If you do so, the return price per head includes the following:

Business Class

  • Bangkok – EUR 1250
  • Bogota – EUR 1000
  • Mumbai – EUR 1150
  • Delhi – EUR 1150
  • Bali – EUR 1300
  • Dubai – EUR 1000
  • Hong Kong – EUR 1250
  • Phuket – EUR 1250
  • Jakarta – EUR 1300

  • Nairobi – EUR 1100
  • Sao Paulo – EUR 1250

Some of those prices are an absolute steal, not least Bogota for EUR 1000 (£850) return and Phuket for £1060 return.

  • Bangkok – EUR 2000
  • Bogota – EUR 2000
  • Delhi – EUR 2000

  • Dubai EUR 2300

The details

This sale will run until 7 April 2021, and the available travel period is from 1 May 2021 to 16 December 2021.

We fully appreciate travel is uncertain right now, but this does give you a fantastic opportunity to lock in a low cost Business Class flight for later in the year.
