We have spent quite a bit of time in the last couple of days covering the main stories from the British Airways PR day / Press flight on Wednesday. InsideFlyer is all about pushing things a little further though and sharing exclusive access with our readers as directly as possible. We therefore thought it would be fun to take some video of BA Chairman and CEO, Alex Cruz, during the event (including onboard the special charter flight!) so you can get the ‘InsideView’ and hear his comments first-hand!
You can read our take on what Cruz said in the linked articles below, but we want to hear what you think too! Join us on the forum now to discuss the changes British Airways is making – and the changes you’d like BA to make.
Introduction
Details of the new Club World
Wifi plans and questions
‘Buy On Board’, more questions and the future of Avios / British Airways Executive Club
Bottom line
We certainly haven’t liked all the changes to BA that Alex Cruz has made in the past, but it’s always interesting to hear, first-hand, some of the thinking behind those changes and to get an insight into what’s next for BA. Being able to share that access directly with InsideFlyer readers is fantastic!
Don’t forget to head to the forum to share your views on BA!

Was this spoken about by Mr.Cruz?

If this is true, are they planning on being the cheapest long haul carrier out there?
Joe Deeney says
It was not!

Haha, depends what you mean by ‘cheap’ – they can never compete purely on price (fixed airport and staff costs are too high), but can they make your experience feel like the cheapest? Absolutely.

What is Alex’s email address? If he is so happy to get emails from clients, I wouldn’t mind sending him an email every now and then…
Joe Deeney says
Haha! – I think it’s actually just: [email protected] (could be wrong though). Alternatively, Twitter: https://twitter.com/alex_cruz?lang=en
