Domaine Mirabeau, Provence

The story of Mirabeau is the pursuit of a deeply felt passion for wine. After years of planning, the German-British couple Jeany and Stephen Cronk made the decision to swap the suburbs of south London for the blue sky and sun of Provence. Domaine Mirabeau is a 20 hectare estate that includes 14 hectares of AOP Côtes de Provence vines. Here the production of beautiful dry rosé wines is combined with the Art de Vivre of Provence.

The two private residences “La Bastide” and “Le Mas” are also part of the Domaine Mirabeau. La Bastide has 7 bedrooms and was renovated in 2020. The interior design reflects the style of the French Riviera, with St. Tropez and the glamorous Riviera not far away. The villa has a private outdoor pool, terraces, gardens and a pétanque field with beautiful views of the vineyards. Le Mas is a charming five bedroom farmhouse that can sleep up to 12 people. The breathtaking balcony, terrace and private swimming pool, surrounded by lush gardens with scents of Provence, offer space for relaxation.

Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, Tuscany

Located in the middle of the world-famous wine-growing region Brunello di Montalcino, the Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco is one of the oldest and best-preserved country estates in Italy. Surrounded by the lush green of the vineyards, guests can expect historic castle ruins, a medieval church and the Borgo, a historic village that today forms the heart of the resort. Here, Italian charm is combined with timeless elegance.

As one of the founding members of the Consorzio del Vino Brunello di Montalcino in 1967, Castiglion del Bosco has a leading winery with 62 hectares of vineyards dedicated to the production of Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino. Castiglion del Bosco’s Gauggiole and Capanna vineyards produce excellent varieties such as the single cru Campo del Drago DOCG, the Brunello di Montalcino Millecento Riserva, the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and the Rosso di Montalcino DOC. In addition, the winery offers a range of wine tastings on site, and there is an annual harvest celebration in September.

Château Saint-Martin & Spa, Vence

The spectacular wine cellar of the Château Saint-Martin is run by the famous head sommelier Géraud Tournier. A fine selection of rare and popular wines can be found in the 140 square meter wine cellar. Carved directly from the rock, the wine cellar was created to share the secrets of the fine wines with the guests of the “Chateau Saint-Martin & Spa”. The “Les Canthares” wine club was founded in 2010 specifically for this purpose. In addition to indulging wine tastings, it also offers inspiring events on the subject of wine. Wine lovers feel at home here and have the unique opportunity to gain deeper insights into the world of wine.
