Until 31st July 2021, Amex is offering (possibly targeted?) cardholders 10,000 Membership Rewards Points back on a spend of £500+ with Rimowa:

“Save to Card to receive 10,000 bonus Membership Rewards on an eligible transaction of £500+ at participating Rimowa Boutiques or online by 31 July 2021. Valid once per Card for the first 5,000 Cardmembers to save to Card. Terms & payment restrictions apply.”

I also saw a similar offer for 10,000 bonus Avios on my (free) Amex BA card for spending the same amount:

Bottom line

With travel (slowly) starting to return, if you were in the market for picking up a quality case, 10,000 bonus Amex Membership Rewards Points (or Avios), is a pretty good incentive.

• Offer valid for the first 5,000 Cardmembers to save to Card.
• Department store concessions and outlets are not included in the offer.
• Offer valid for UK Cardmembers only.

• Only one credit of 10,000 Membership Rewards per UK Card.
• Offer only valid for orders delivered within UK.
• Offer only applies to spend made in Great British Pound (GBP) on the Card to which the offer is saved, including an American Express Card loaded into a mobile payment wallet. 
• Offer does not apply to spend on other Cards you might hold and is not valid for transactions made using third party Payment Aggregators.

• Rewarded points are in addition to the base rate associated with your Card.
• Any misuse, as reasonably determined by us, relating to your redemption of Amex Offers may result in awarded points being reversed, and ineligibility from future Amex Offers and other promotions. 
• Awarded points may be reversed if a qualifying transaction is refunded or cancelled. 
• This reversal may take place up to a maximum of 180 days after the offer campaign end date. 
• Points should appear on your Billing Statement within five days from qualifying spend but may take up to 90 days from 31 July 2021, provided that American Express receives information from Rimowa about your qualifying purchase.
