Hilton has today launched an interesting new South East Asia Sale, with a twist. Hilton Honors members will get up to 35% off their rooms, but also an additional 25% off dinners (including non-alcoholic drinks) during their stay.

This is a great opportunity to book a great value holiday, with a heavily discounted room supplemented by cheaper food and drink. Hotel dining is wonderfully convenient but can add substantially to the cost of any holiday, so a 25% discount  is a welcome bonus to the generous room offer.

If you’re not a member of Hilton Honors, you will still get 25% off rooms, but it would be a little odd to go down this route, given that Hilton Honors can be joined instantly and for free here. Not only that, you’ll get 2500 bonus Hilton Honors Points on your first stay.

To benefit from this latest Hilton sale, you need to book here by 24 September, but stays can be any time between 22 September and 30 June 2019.

Bear in mind that up until 3 January 2019, stays will also benefit from double or treble Hilton Honors points.

Putting my money where my mouth is,  I actually booked via this sale as soon as it went live. The Hilton Bali Resort offered me a heavily discounted room, plus triple points with the latest offer, plus 25% off food and drink. For me, the discount and rebate at a cracking hotel, was simply too good to turn down.

I don’t expect everyone to follow me to Bali, but suffice to say there are some great, heavily discounted options out there – and don’t forget that once you’ve booked your room, you can look forward to the discounted dining!
