Hot on the heels of the double Avios promotion launched by British Airways (where you earn Avios for flying – fancy that), Avios have just announced a number of new “in-store” Avios earning opportunities at UK restaurants.

In short, you simply register your payment card and then when you use it to pay at the store in question, you’ll earn the applicable number of Avios per £1 spent.

Which restaurants have been added?

In addition to the various shops currently available, you can now earn in-store Avios at:

• Hungry Horse
• Flaming Grill

At present, you’ll earn around 5 Avios per £1 spend.
