There’s also a few more, so have a browse to see what appeals.

If free access to the Regus lounge is a touch underwhelming, we can do slightly better. At present, if you book a a First Class Anytime Return train ticket for the Gatwick Express online, you will get free access to the North or South Terminal No. 1 lounge (“worth” £27.50), simply by showing the confirmation email once you get to the lounge.

If you’re planning on travelling on a First Class Anytime Return anyway (£56), then this is an obvious no-brainer.

If you’re otherwise using the Gatwick Express, then you’re best off comparing fares and working out if paying the extra is worth it. The most likely comparison you will make is £31.10 (Standard Anytime Return) versus £56 (First Anytime Return). You would therefore need to work out if it’s worth paying an extra £24.90 for First Class rail travel (for 30 minutes) and lounge access.
