According to the Nectar App, Virgin Trains (including Virgin East Coast) are offering triple Nectar Points for journeys booked before next Wednesday (22nd June).

It’s a slightly odd offer because I can’t find anything about it anywhere online apart from in the App, and apparently all you have to do is make sure your accounts are linked and book as normal from the Virgin Trains or Virgin East Coast sites.

Journeys must be booked before 22nd June for travel by 22nd September.

6 Points per £1.00 is basically a 3% rebate – better than nothing, but not hugely exciting.

It should at least stack with the 50% sale I wrote about last week (ends 23rd June) though, and everyone gets free internet for booking direct with Virgin East Coast.
