The Cartizze Bar is a luxurious Italian influenced cocktail bar in Mayfair, just a few minutes walk from Bond Street or Oxford Circus Stations.

Prices are more or less what you would expect at a nice place in that part of London – in other words, not cheap. That said, most cocktails seem to be around the £12.00-13.00 mark so it could be (a lot) worse. Tasty sounding snacks like San Danielle ham wrapped figs with truffle honey, salt and pepper squid, and burrata flatbreads are between £5.00-8.00.

If you like oysters they have a £1.00 ‘Oyster Happy Hour’ between 5pm-6pm Tuesday to Sunday, which is a great deal.

Spend £50.00 (pretty easy to do…) and everything is basically half price after the Amex rebate, which makes the prices excellent. I’ll certainly be popping in myself at some point for a few drinks!

If you fancy something a bit more substantial to soak up the cocktails from Cartizze, the Mayfair Pizza Company is just upstairs. The pizzas look decent, and the prices are actually quite good – take 50% off courtesy of Amex and you’re in for a cheap date.

Combine both offers, and a couple could have a lovely night out in Mayfair for ~ £50.00 – which is pretty tough to beat!

Clearly not as generous as the other two offers above, but worth pointing out because D&D have some good places in London like Coq D’Argent, 100 Wardour St, and Michelin starred Launceston Place.

If I was heading to a D&D restaurant anyway then £20.00 is a nice rebate, but it wouldn’t make me go out of my way to visit.
