We have previously flagged the fact that points-collection scheme Nectar acts as a de facto “loyalty scheme” for easyJet flights. You can also redeem Nectar points on easyJet, with each 500 Nectar points getting you £2.50 off your flight.

However, for the next five days there is an added bonus. Nectar collectors can get an easy £10 off their next easyJet booking, simply by using some Nectar points to pay for the flight.

Until 10 February, you will get £10 off your next easyJet booking when you spend at least 2,000 Nectar points on this booking. Those 2,000 points will reduce the flight cost by £10, you will then get a further £10 taken off the flight cost.

If you have a Nectar points haul, and are contemplating an easyJet booking, this essentially doubles the value of your Nectar points (i.e. it’s basically another 2,000 free Nectar points), so is well worth considering.

Note that while this offer is open until 10 February, it is also limited to the first 5000 people to take advantage of the offer, so best not to delay.
