Yesterday, we highlighted the remarkable Economy fares being offered by low cost carrier Scoot, direct from London to Bangkok. If you prefer a bit (or a lot…) more luxury when flying long haul, you should pay attention to the superb Business Class fares currently available from Stockholm to Bangkok.

All three of the major airline alliances seem to be getting involved, with numerous options possible, including Finnair (oneworld), SWISS (Star Alliance), and Air France (SkyTeam).

The very best deals I could find are with SWISS, which is offering return Business Class flights for as little as £854! 

The precise dates and fare rules vary a bit depending on the airline, but you should be able to find something similar for most weeks between February and September 2022:

As is usually the case, to see a wide range of dates quickly and easily, your best starting point is probably Google Flights.

You can often shave a few quid off the fares listed on Google Flights by using sites like Momondo and booking through an online travel agency. However, given how travel advice can change so quickly these days, I’d definitely recommend paying slightly more to book direct with the airlines. If there are any issues, it tends to be a lot easier to get things sorted.

Bottom line

It is wonderful to see more of the world begin to open up (even with some restrictions) and the return of extremely tempting Business Class fares like these ones between Europe and Asia.

Always bear in mind though that additional restrictions could come into force (if there is a new variant etc) and plan accordingly…
