In the latest instalment of our monthly rundown of hotel chain promotions, these are the main chain-wide promos available in July 2021.

Hilton Honors

Hilton’s current promotion runs until September 6th – click here to register – where you can earn:

  • Double points for stays of one or two nights
  • Triple points for stays of three nights or longer

Worth It?

If you have long, expensive stays planned for the summer, then the triple points element will be quite lucrative. Fortunately, you will still receive double points on those one-night stays you might be using to chase elite status via “stays”.

IHG Rewards

IHG’s promotion will run until August 16th. Registration is required (click here). Members can earn:

  • Stay 1 – No bonus
  • Stay 2 – Double points i.e. an additional ~14 points per £1 (10 points per US dollar)
  • Stay 3+ – Triple points i.e. an additional ~28 points per £1 (20 points per US dollar)

Worth It?

If you have an expensive stay planned for the summer, then the triple points element could be quite lucrative. However, you will need to squeeze in two cheaper stays beforehand, to avoid that “no bonus” stay applying to your big spend…

World of Hyatt

Hyatt’s summer promotion starts on July 20th, 2021. Registration is required – click here.

Members can earn triple points for stays of 2+ nights.

Worth It?

If you have an expensive stay planned for the summer, then the triple points element will be quite lucrative.

Marriott Bonvoy

Marriott has yet to announce a chain-wide promotion that will be running in July 2021.

Radisson Rewards

Radisson Rewards hasn’t announced a bonus points promotion for July 2021 yet, but is offering some excellent promotional rates at its Park Plaza hotels in Europe, including Berlin for just £47.50 per night.

Bottom line

Hilton, IHG and Hyatt are all running decent bonus points promotions this month, although you may need to do a bit of planning to maximise them.
