Nick at PointsToBeMade has unearthed some excellent Business Class fares from London to the USA with Virgin Atlantic and Delta.

The very best one is truly remarkable: London-Boston for just £875 return:

You even get the chance to fly with Delta on the outbound and with Virgin on the way back, so get to compare two different Business Class products.

Unfortunately, I could only replicate the fare on very limited dates, although Nick seems to have had more luck and suggests you might be able to find similar fares between April and August 2020.

If you don’t fancy Boston, you can find a range of alternative options here – although most of them are solid rather than spectacular value.

Bottom line

I’m not often personally tempted to use miles or cash to pay for Business Class on the relatively short flights between Europe and the East Coast of America, but £875 really is a fantastic fare considering it is direct from London…
