Amex is currently offering cardholders rebates for Hilton stays at selected hotels in the UK and Europe. My offer (on my Amex Gold) is £75 back on a spend of £250+ between now and 30th April.
“Save to Card to get £75 statement credit when you spend £250+ at the participating Hilton hotels by 30/04/20, pay at hotel checkout. Valid once per Card. Excludes online payments. Terms, locations and payment restrictions apply”
It seems that other cardholders have been targeted with a £50 rebate offer instead.

The terms state that online payments (i.e. prepayment) is excluded, but I very much doubt that will be the case in practice.
Historically, these sort of offers have been triggered by cumulative spend (you haven’t had to spend the full amount in one transaction), though there is no guarantee of that as the terms are not explicit.
Remember that you have to login to your Amex account and save the offer to your card in order to take advantage.
Conclusion
£75 off £250 is a genuinely excellent deal for anyone planning Hilton stays before 30th April. Remember that because these Amex offers are rebates, you’ll still earn the full amount of Hilton Points from your stay/s too!
