Iberia is currently offering some tremendous Business Class fares from Spain to Mexico, starting at just ~£880 return!

The cheapest flights are direct from Madrid to Mexico City, but for only a few quid more you can start your trip from a range of other airports in Spain (Malaga, Bilbao, Valencia, etc) and connect in Madrid.

If you don’t fancy Mexico city, you can also connect through to destinations like Cancun, Guadalajara and Monterrey, for not much more money

Availability looks good throughout the Summer and you’re best searching directly on the Iberia website here, as Google Flights wasn’t finding the fares when I was trying last night. It’s even possible to fly Business Class one way and Economy in the other direction for a total of ~£615 (699.58 Euros):

If you credited return Business Class flights between Madrid and Mexico City to British Airways Executive Club, you would earn 290 Tier Points and 16,900 Avios.

Conclusion

Iberia Business Class is actually pretty good – particularly compared to much of the transatlantic competition. It’s not amazing, but the staggered 1-2-1 layout means that you can pick the type of seat that suits you best (‘proper’ window seats are nice and private when travelling alone, the ‘inner’ middle pairs are ideal if travelling with a companion):
