The most important thing to note is that the Iberia Plus and the British Airways Executive Club Avios Off Peak / Peak Calendars are different! You can take a look at the BA 2018 calendar here.

In particular, Iberia Plus has a longer Peak Summer, but February Half Term is Off Peak, and there are some Off Peak dates over the Christmas Holidays too.
