Hopefully live by the time you read this, today (Tuesday 7th March) Eurostar (the cross-channel high-speed rail operator) are launching another of their sales. This one is for travel from 21st March until 25th May, for £29 one-way. That’ll get you from the centre of London to the centres of Paris, Lille or Brussels, with no faffing about with airport transfers!

Unlike some previous promotions, Eurostar Frequent Traveller members didn’t get early access to this sale. That means, this time, all the best seats should still be available at the time of writing. So, get in there and book those trips!

The sale runs for 10 days from the 7th (today) to 16th March, but there’s only 50,000 seats available. Based on past sales, the very best seats/trains will go quickly, but for off-peak travellers there should still be some good deals for the next few days.

Dates wise, the sale starts today, but travel is from the 21st March to 25th May. Sadly, the peak Easter period of 31st March to 17th April looks to be excluded from the sale, but you ought to be able to do a one-way in the sale, and the other way on a normal price ticket if your travel extends over easter.

As well as the core Eurostar destinations of Paris, Lille and Brussels at £29, you can also opt to travel to any other Belgian Station for £34.50. That means cheap tickets to some lovely weekend break cities like Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp.

The sale only covers Standard (2nd) class this time, there are no special discounts for Standard Premier (1st class seating, 2nd class station service, meal) in this sale. However, you could opt to take a sale Standard class ticket for £29 one way, then come back in style in Standard Premier for around the £80 mark off peak.
