So the 15K points will get you a free night (or more) right up to category 4.

If you have loftier ambitions than that, the 15K points will extend to a Category 7 hotel if you use the Points + Cash option. (That said with a $300 cash contribution required, I’d have a good look at the ordinary cash price before committing to this, not least in light of the GBP/USD exchange rate at the moment!)

If hotel stays don’t tempt you, you can always just convert the Hyatt Gold Passport points into a number of different air miles.
