Following on from the excellent Qatar Airways/Malaysia Airlines Economy deals to Asia I highlighted earlier, Oman Air have got some incredible prices in Business Class to a whole host of cities in Asia (including Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Manila) from most of the European cities they serve.
Prices from London are a shade over £1,160.00, and if you’re willing to start from Paris, Milan or Frankfurt you can get that down to under £900.00!
Example: London Heathrow – Singapore, 6th-13th September: £1,161.00
Frankfurt-Kuala Lumpur, 6th-13th September: £894.00
You might not have heard much about Oman Air, but they actually have a brilliant Business Class product, including chauffeur service and a free hotel if you’ve got a long layover.
It is also possible to credit the Miles earned to Etihad Guest – which is a programme we love! 20,000 Etihad Guest Miles is enough for a one-way Economy ticket on American Airlines between Europe and the USA (off peak), for example.
Fares are bookable until the end of July for dates up until 15th December. Booking site Momondo is probably your best bet for finding the cheapest fares on these routes.
For context, using Avios for a Return British Airways flight from London to Singapore in Business Class now requires (a rather ludicrous…) 175,000-210,000 Avios + £519.75!!!
