With its market leading Business Class product, it is remarkable that Qatar Airways continues to offer long-haul Business Class at prices that more resemble Economy fares.
I suppose it’s a combination of aggressive marketing, low fuel costs and intense competition. Whatever the reason, the clear winner is anyone seeking a superb value long-haul Business Class flight. Circa £800 for a long-haul return flight in Qatar Business class is as absolute steal.
This time, it’s flights from Stockholm that are being offered at remarkably good value. We fully appreciate this is a UK-facing site, but in light of these prices and with flights from London to Stockholm available for as little as £30-ish return, there is very good reason to readjust your long-haul starting point. Indeed, why not make a weekend of it in Stockholm at the start!
So what are the fares?
The stand-out fare is Stockholm to Krabi, Thailand for £818 (SEK 9947) Business Class return:
To put it into context, this route is £2750 if flown from London Heathrow on the same dates.
However, it’s not your only great value option. Other options include (all Business Class, return):
- Hong Kong at 10,395 SEK (€854)
- Dubai at 10,545 SEK (€867)
- Phuket at 10,945 SEK (€899)
- Shanghai at 11,145 SEK (€916)
- Bangkok at 11,195 SEK (€920) (so obviously the Krabi and Phuket flights are better value).
