Up to and including 14 December, you can get free travel across the Transport for London network on Mondays. To benefit, you need to touch in and out using MasterCard with Apple Pay.

The offer is pretty comprehensive, and applies to travel on:

• London Buses
• London Underground
• London Trams
• Docklands Light Railway
• London Overground,
• TfL Rail
• Emirates Air Line
• Most National Rail services in London (where a yellow card reader is present)

So, there you have it, unlimited free travel on a cable car!

The offer does however exclude travel on Thames Clipper River Bus services, and is subject to a maximum refund of £27.90 per cardholder, per Monday.

If you’re in London on one of the Mondays in question, this is a really good opportunity to save a few quid. TfL fares generally cap at Travelcard rates, so it is unlikely to save you more than a tenner or so, but still that is £10 you can put towards the Christmas shopping budget.

You will of course need an Apple Pay compatible device to benefit.
