After more than five years of ‘development’, the Hyatt Regency London Olympia finally has a confirmed opening date: 26 May 2026. The property has been in the pipeline for ages and will be part of the £1.3 billion redevelopment of the Olympia site in west London.

The hotel will feature 196 rooms and suites. Standard rooms start at 24 sqm, rising to 27 sqm,
Suites come in three varieties: Regency Suite, Regency Executive Suite, and Regency Executive Suite with Terrace.
At launch, standard rooms are pricing between £250–£350 per night.

The hotel’s ‘Pillar Hall‘ is described as a mix of dining room, bar, conservatory, and garden café, with “refined European and Asian flavours” on the menu. Behind it, there’ll be a speakeasy and performance space, while the lobby will house a Lounge Café (open daily until 23:30) and a “Hotel Market” for food and drink to take away.
