Bottom line

Reward points can be redeemed for future bookings, with a standard value of €40 for every 2,000 points. The triple points offer could work out quite well, if it fits your travel plans. For example, a base level member spending €400 for a 5-night stay at a Mercure hotel, could earn about 3,500 points, which are worth ~70 Euros.
