I received an offer of 500 bonus Nectar points for spending £5+. 500 Nectar points is worth £2.50 if you spend them at Sainsbury’s/Argos/eBay, or you could convert them into 312 Avios if you prefer.

I also heard from a family member who got an offer of 1,000 Nectar Points (worth £5) for spending £5, which is basically free money, so it’s definitely worth checking.

Bottom line

These sorts of minor deals aren’t the most exciting in the world, but if you keep your eye out for them, they can add up. Registering only took me 5 seconds and if you use eBay regularly anyway, it’s a nice deal.
