Iberia Plus has launched its latest iteration of the Iberia Plus Challenge. During the month of October 2019, you can earn bonus Avios by earning Avios from any of 12 specific partners. You can earn:

• 2 partners –> 200 bonus Avios
• 3 partners –> 300 bonus Avios
• 4 partners –> 500 bonus Avios
• 5 partners –> 1,000 bonus Avios
• 6 partners –> 2,000 bonus Avios
• 7 partners –> 5,000 bonus Avios

For the avoidance of doubt, these are NOT cumulative. If you manage 6 partners, you will earn 2,000 Avios.

Unfortunately, the list of eligible partners is limited to 12, many of which are only available in Spain. These partners are:

• Dufry
• Cabify
• Cinesa
• The Bicester Village Shopping Collection
• Iberia Hotels
• Iberia Cards
• American Express
• Repsol
• Cepsa
• Avis
• Budget

In the fine print, I noticed that… this promotion only applies to Iberia Plus members resident in Spain. (although I’m sure that, due to previous Spain-only promotions, a few readers might have their Iberia Plus accounts already residing at a Spanish hotel or similar…)

The Bottom Line

It will be difficult to earn Avios with 7 different partners during a single month, especially without a trip to Spain. But hopefully some of you will still manage to pick up a few bonus Avios this October…
