Our good friends over at Norwegian Air’s own ‘Reward Blog‘ recently published an interesting piece on travel trends for 2019, including this gem from research done by the Association of British Travel Agents, ABTA:
“…(I)n the next 12 months, 46% of people are likely to visit a country they’ve never been to before, and more than half are likely to visit a new resort or city. “
We love the fact that so many people are intending to explore new places this year, and given that InsideFlyer readers are some of the most knowledgeable travellers around, we thought we’d open up the comments for you all to share your own top destination tips for 2019.
The Reward Blog article has some great pictures and highlights Poland, Madeira (pictured in the feature image above) and Bulgaria from the list of 12 destinations put together by ABTA, which also includes more far-flung places like Uzbekistan and Western Australia.

Hong Kong in March, flying Virgin economy delight using a combination of cash and Flying Club miles. Two firsts for me – never been to Hong Kong before nor flown on Virgin!
