I don’t have any IHG Points…
There is a 80% bonus Points sale on at the moment, meaning you can buy IHG Rewards Points for ~0.4p each.
Bottom line
Buying 5,000 Points would work out at about £20.00 per night. Even the highest category IHG hotels listed in the 50% award sale can be booked for 25,000 Points (buy for ~£100), so there could be some substantial savings to be had here.
Terms
Promotion subject to availability of the hotel selected. The promotion is valid for reservations from May 1 to 7, 2018 for stays from May 1 to June 30, 2018. Love the hyperbole! I doubt I have ever been at a “stunning” IHG hotel. Although I certainly would be stunned if I received an upgrade that actually felt like one. 🙂
Joe Deeney says
Haha, the Intercons on the list look genuinely good! Fair point though, even the IHG ‘Grand Dames’ maybe don’t quite pass the stunning test.
Boobaholic says
Other than Cancun, are any of the Mexican ones near Tulum ? Or nearer than Cancun is ?
I’ll start looking but someone might know off the top of their head !!
Craig Sowerby says
Playa del Carmen is closer, but the Holiday Inn Express there seems to have re-flagged as something else.
