I wrote recently about the current competition for converting Tesco Clubcard vouchers into Avios with British Airways Executive Club. Avios.com is also running a competition with a total of 1,000,000 Avios to be given away. Don’t get too excited as it’s split into multiple smaller amounts, with the following prizes available.

2 prizes of 50,000 Avios
3 prizes of 25,000 Avios
150 prizes of 5,500 Avios

(I’ve checked the maths, it does add up to 1,000,000!)

Where Can Those Take Me?

50,000 Avios gets you a return to Male, Maldives in Economy

25,000 Avios gets you to Kuwait and back in Economy

5,500 doesn’t get you very far at all, or at least not back from very far as you’ll need 8,000 for the shortest return trips in Economy.

Obviously you’ll be adding to your existing pool of Avios by converting, and given the (I would presume) relatively slim chance of actually winning, I would not suggest relying on the above Avios for your summer holiday this year.

How to Enter

Just convert at least £2.50 in Clubcard vouchers to Avios through this page, between 1st and 28th February 2018. Each £2.50 converted gives you one prize draw entry.

Regular readers will be aware, but for new collectors you need to know that you can freely move Avios between your individual BA Executive Club and Avios.com accounts (as well as Iberia) via Combine My Avios. This means you can still chose to enter this competition if you ultimately want your Avios in BA Executive Club (and vice versa if you want to try and win a trip to Kefalonia in the other competition).
